We choose Express Post for all deliveries. Parcels delivered Express Post will arrive in most cases within 1 business day of being despatched. There are some areas that may take a little longer.

Orders are processed within 72hrs of confirming payment and you will receive an email to let you know that your order has been despatched - please allow extra time for weekends and public holidays. If you require urgent delivery, please send an email to customerservice@9monthswaiting.com.au quoting your order number and we'd be happy to help.

Express Post charges are calculated during the checkout: Orders weighing below 500g will cost $7.70 to ship Australia Wide, and orders weighing between 500g and 3kg will cost $10.90 to deliver Australia wide. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that accurate weights have been applied to all products, there may be an exception to these prices due to packaging weights for unusual orders. If this occurs, you will be notified prior to your items being despatched.

International Shipping

We gladly deliver all orders internationally by Air Mail - these orders typically take between 4 - 6 working days to arrive. International rates are calculated during the checkout. We have also enabled a currency conversion tool which is located in the grey bar at the bottom right of the page and these rates are updated daily. In some rare instances additional taxes may need to be added to your order, if this is the case you will be notified prior to your order being processed. Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges that are sent back within 14 days of the original order being placed. Goods that are returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition and unused. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item. Delivery charges cannot be refunded and any additional delivery charges that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. The exception to this is where the buyer received a faulty or incorrect item.

Out of Stock Items

Whist every effort is made to ensure that all items in the store are in stock, there may be occassions where we may be out of stock for a particular item. If this does happen, we will contact you immediately to let you know. We are able to deliver most items within a week of ordering, however, if this does not suit we will make other arrangements.
