
The ERGO Baby Carrier's ergonomic design supports a correct sitting position for the baby's hip, pelvis and spine growth. It disperses most of the baby's weight between the hips and thighs, which helps to eliminate compression of the spine when hanging by the crotch which most other designs require. The ERGO also balances the baby's weight to parents' hips and shoulders, and alleviates physical stress for the parent.

Returns Information
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your order being dispatched. If you would like to return a product, we will need to be notified as soon as you receive it. There are provisions for managing your return in the "My Account" area, where full tracking of the status of your return is available.
All returned items must be in unworn or unused condition and still have the tags in tact and include packaging. Any item returned that does not meet this condition will not be accepted and you will be charged additional delivery if you wish the item to be returned to you.
I'd like to return an item that is faulty.
If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us straight away as the 14 day return period still applies. You will be asked to send the item back to us and include the receipt for postage so that we can reimburse you for the cost of sending it back to us. Either a replacement item will be sent back to you, or a refund will be issued, depending what suits you the best.
I would like to return an item as it is the wrong size, or I just changed my mind
If you need to return an item due to an incorrect size or change of mind, then please contact us straight away to arrange an exchange or refund. Any additional delivery charges associated with the exchange or refund will be the responsibility of the buyer. If you opt to receive a refund, then any delivery charges that were originally included in the order will be ommitted from the refund amount. If you received a "free delivery" offer on the original purchase, delivery charges will be ommitted from the amount of the refund.
Return delivery charges are charged at the flat rate stipulated on our "Delivery Information" page.
Please note: nappies, nappy covers, and nappy inserts cannot be exchanged or returned, except in the case where the product is faulty when received.
Delivery Information
Most orders are processed and dispatched within a day or 2 of receiving payment, however, please allow 7 - 10 days for delivery. If you require quick delivery, please either select Express Post or send through an email to customerservice@9monthswaiting.com.au and we'll dispatch your order asap.
We try to keep our delivery charges to a minimum. In order to keep them as low as possible we now dispatch only on Mondays, Tuesday, and Thursdays (Express Post and urgent deliveries excepted).
