Technical Difficulties - Safari browsers

 

We have recently become aware that there may be issues at the checkout when using the Safari browser. To ensure a trouble free experience at 9 Months Waiting, we recommend using Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. 

 

The issues we have noticed so far are very intermittent and only seem to be affecting very few customers. The majority of customers using Safari experience no trouble whatsoever, however, if you do notice that you are having trouble at the checkout, then please try using a different browser to see if that helps. 

 

The 9 Months Waiting site requires that cookies be enabled in your browser in order to add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. If you are finding that items that you have added to your cart are disappearing, this could be a setting in your browser to block the use of cookies. Enabling this should fix the problem.

 

Also, it would be greatly appreciated if you could please report any trouble you experience to customerservice@9monthswaiting.com.au so that we can have our technical team investigate the issue. 

 

Redeeming a Gift Certificate or Coupon code

 
If you have received a Gift Certificate, or have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the field provided during the checkout process. In order to ensure that the code has been received you must click on "apply changes" where you will then see the discounted amount appear in the summary. You can then continue on through the checkout to finalise your order.


Setting up an account

 
You do not need to set up an account at 9 Months Waiting in order to make a purchase. If, however, you plan to make further purchases at a later date it is a good idea to set up an account for yourself. Setting up an account is easy and means that you will only have to enter your details including delivery information once.

 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges that are sent back within 14 days of the original order being placed. Goods that are returned or exchanged must be in perfect condition and unused with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item. Delivery charges cannot be refunded and any additional delivery charges that may be incurred are the responsibility of the buyer, the exception to this is where the buyer received a faulty or incorrect item that has been returned to 9 Months Waiting within 14 days of purchase. Once we have been notified of the request to exchange or refund for whatever reason, the item must be sent back immediately. Any delays in the return of an item will result in the return or exchange being refused. Delivery charges will be deducted from refunds for returned items that were originally purchased using free delivery offers.

 

We understand that many of our customers are preparing for the arrival of their babies at the time of purchasing, so some items may not be opened for many months. We advise that it is important that you do open your order to ensure that there are no manufacturer faults as soon as you receive your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason after the 14 day period. In this case you will be directed to the manufacturer to organise a replacement. Many of our items are seasonal, and from time to time we do change suppliers, so it is for these reasons that we have to stick with our 14 day refund or exchange policy.

 

Security and Privacy

 

9 Months Waiting strictly abides by privacy laws ensuring that customers can confidently shop securely online. We do not use any personal information you supply when setting up your account for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Credit card details are not recorded or stored in any way. 9monthswaiting.com.au uses 128 bit SSL encryption provided by Rapid SSL for all shopping cart pages ensuring that your details remain private.

 

 

The same can be said for our newsletter subscibers. Our subscriber list is built organically through visitors and customers opting to receive communication from us. We do not buy lists or provide our subscribers details to any third party other than our newsletter software provider in order to facilitate the send of our newsletters and various other types of communication. We clearly display an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of all communication and you have the opportunity at any time to be removed from our list by simply clicking this link.

Price beat policy


As parents ourselves we understand the need to not only outfit your little one in the latest gear, but to also stay within budget. We are happy to beat any advertised price by 5%.
Here's how to do it, either:


- Send us an email with the product details and information on where you've seen it at a lower price
- Go ahead and purchase the item and enter a link to the cheaper offer in the notes section of the shopping cart. We will then refund you the difference and include an additional 5% in the refund.

 

Note: We will only accept price beats from a registered Australian business and the customer must be able to provide proof of the cheaper offer. Price beat information must be provided at the time of purchasing. Price beat information provided after a purchase will not be accepted.
