It's easy to be a VIP. Once you've made your first purchase you'll be given access to VIP pricing if you request it.

To register to be a VIP all you have to do is click on the tab at the top of the "Your Profile" page labelled "Make me a VIP" and you'll see a checkbox for becoming a VIP. One of our team will receive the request, and your account will be updated.

VIP membership entitles you to 5% off everything in the store including sale and clearance items. The prices will be automatically adjusted once you sign in.

VIPs will have access to various promotions such as free postage days, 20% off discounts etc. To make sure you're kept up to date on when the special VIP promotions are available make sure you're signed up to receive our newsletter.

In order to eligible to become a VIP member you only need to have ordered with us once. There is no minimum in terms of spend in order to become a VIP or to maintain membership.
