Shopping at 9 Months Waiting

9 Months Waiting is just like shopping at any retail store. When you have found the item you would love to own, just click on "add to cart" to add it to your shopping cart. You can continue to add items to your shopping cart, or click on "checkout" to finalise your order. At any time you can easy see what's in your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the page.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate or Coupon code

If you have received a Gift Certificate, or have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the field provided during the checkout process. In order to ensure that the code has been received you must click on "apply changes" where you will then see the discounted amount appear in the summary. You can then continue on through through the checkout to finalise your order.

Setting up an account

You do not need to set up an account at 9 Months Waiting in order to make a purchase. If, however, you plan to make further purchases at a later date it is a good idea to set up an account for yourself. Setting up an account is easy and means that you will only have to enter your details including delivery information once. An additional benefit to setting up an account is that you do not have to finalise your order in the one visit. If you prefer, you can start your order and finish at another time, as the cart will maintain the items you've selected. 9 Months Waiting strictly abide by privacy laws. We do not use any personal information you supply when setting up your account for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

Items not in stock

If you have found that perfect item in our store and have noticed that the size or colour you require is not in stock, please let us know as soon as you can and we'd be more than happy to order it in for you. We can usually have stock arrive within a few business days and turned around very quickly, so it's no problem if you just let us know. This also applies to items within a range that you have noticed that we do not stock, if we can, we will get that item in for you. Think of us as your personal shopper.

Price beat policy

As parents ourselves we understand the need to not only outfit your little one in the latest gear, but to also stay within budget. We are happy to beat any advertised price by 5%.

Here's how to do it, either:
- Send us an email with the product details and information on where you've seen it at a lower price
- Go ahead and purchase the item and enter a link to the cheaper offer in the notes section of the shopping cart. We will then refund you the difference and include an additional 5% in the refund.

Note: We will only accept price beats from a registered Australian business and the customer must be able to provide proof of the cheaper offer. Price beat information must be provided at the time of purchasing. Price beat information provided after a purchase will not be accepted. Price beat discounts are provided at the discretion of 9 Months Waiting.
